He's spent a little over two of those years incarcerated — not counting time in county jail awaiting trial or the times he broke parole and fell off the grid. He's been convicted of larceny, breaking and entering (vehicles, many, many times), possession of burglary tools, assaulting an officer, and resisting arrest.
